Ashley Jones
Ashley Aubra Jones, born September 3, 1976 in the US, is an actress. Her most well-known roles include soap opera roles, including Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). Also, she played Daphne in the HBO series True Blood in its second season. Ashley Jones obtained a Bachelor of Human Learning (K-8) from University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. Within Maury County, she began teaching Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. When she got married to her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved in Thompsons Station. Bethesda Elementary was where she began her first teaching in fourth grade. Between 1999 and 2000, Ashley continued to teach after she received her Master in Teaching at Trevecca Nazarene University. However it was in 2000 that they welcomed Baylor. Ashley has focused her efforts for the past 15 years on the well-being of children in her community and church. Ashley has worked as an educator and leader in Thompson Station's Preschool and Students Ministry for 13 years. Ashley and her family were homeschooled for three years. Ashley taught History in the homeschool tutorial during their years of school at home. God advised her that although she loved the homeschooling experience and being at home with her children, she had to go back to full time school. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas, Eliza and Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor is a GCA graduate and plays baseball alongside UT Martin. Callan is a graduate of GCA, and attends Western Kentucky University. The family is busy, and they enjoy hunting, fishing and encouraging one another to achieve success in their sports and hobbies.
